Refreshing Pina Colada Smoothie
This smoothie is a refreshing and energizing start to your summer morning, and you might feel like you're on a tropical island for moment.....
1/2 Cup Coconut Water
1 Cup Fresh Pineapple
(Not sure how to tackle cutting open a fresh pineapple? Scroll to the bottom of this post.)
2 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro (remove stems)
1 Whole Large Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
(or 1/2 cup Absolute Fruit Mango Sorbet for smoother, less gritty texture)
1/2 of a 5.3 oz Container of Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt
(If you want to go dairy-free, Almond Dream has a great coconut yogurt)
Approx. 1 Cup of Ice
Blend until Smooth :)
